For 48 years, lovers of delectable sweet treats have come to The Village Bake Shop for all their favorites. Started by Arthur and Jo Gilbert in 1961, the shop is still family-operated by their daughter, Teresa Gilbert.

The Village Bake Shop in Cleveland, Tennessee bakes the famous Thumbprint cookies that are shipped all over the world. Other popular items include our custom decorated cakes for special occasions and weddings, "chocolate burgers" and the Mounds cake, with chocolate and coconut just like the candy bar.
Visit us in the Village Green Town Center Monday thru Friday 6am - 6pm and on Saturdays 6am - 5pm.
